Plants vs Zombies 2 finally has an official release date and, as the slogan above says, it’s about time it did.
Said release date comes with a hilarious teaser trailer video, featuring internet comedian Francis, a guy which you certainly know (even if not by name).You probably already knew that PopCap had announced that the popular game‘s sequel was said to be coming early this summer, and that its being in the works was known ever since last year. Well, PopCap Games has now announced on its Facebook page that the new game in the series, Plants vs Zombies 2, is coming in July this year.
The news comes alongside a funny teaser trailer, that doesn’t show you a thing about the actual game. Rather, it features the above-mentioned Francis, as well as some other characters, all getting worked up about the sequel not being out yet. You can watch the teaser trailer below.
And until the new game comes out, you can always try your hand at the first one, which is available on Google Play Store for $0.99.
