Sprint Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update leaks – build L710SPRBLIF available for download

The Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update is getting closer and closer both for international and U.S. versions of the handset – in fact, some European buyers have already received their Android 4.1.1 upgrades, not to mention that various international carriers are launching the Galaxy S3 4G LTE model with Jelly Bean out of the box.

But the update is definitely not coming as “soon” as Samsung suggested it would happen right after the Galaxy Note 2 announcement at IFA 2012 in late August.
Nevertheless, we’ve seen a variety of Jelly Bean leaks for the Galaxy S3, although most of them were “released” for the international version of the phone.

Today we have a fresh Sprint Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean ROM for you, courtesy of xda-developers, that discovered build version L710SPRBLIF out in the wild. That means that you can go ahead and manually update your Sprint Galaxy S3 to Android 4.1.1 if you so desire, although we won’t advise you to mess around with unofficial ROMs, especially if you’re not familiar with installing custom firmware on your Android handset.
