Mostly a bug fix release except for an important change in the way column and row sizes are computed in automatic mode: please use fixed values instead of auto if you want your layout to never change. Automatic mode can lead to changes in row height or column width because it adapts to the content. While it is more flexible in some cases, it is not meant for fixed layout.

Permission:
- CALL_PHONE: needed for direct call shortcuts, this permission is required in all launchers that support contact shortcuts. LL won’t call anybody in your behalf.
- EXPAND_STATUS_BAR: as its name says, used for the “Show status bar” action.
- SET_WALLPAPER_HINTS: used to set the wallpaper dimension
- no other permission needed !
