Mobile operators will obviously offer the cheapest Galaxy S4 prices if you’re not looking to pay a lot of cash upfront and don’t mind inking a new contract that will tie you to a carrier for up to two years.
The cheapest way to buy the handset would be paying for it full price, as you’re likely to save money down the road on carrier service. And there are a few interesting unlocked Galaxy S4 offers to check out.
Everything Everywhere
Price: For two-year 4G LTE contracts, £19.99 with monthly contract of £76. The price goes up to £269.99 with a contract of £31 per month.
For one-year 4G LTE contracts, between £69.99 with a £66 monthly contract fee, and £299.99 with a £41 monthly contract fee.
For two-year roaming contracts, £19.99 with a £61/£81 monthly contracts (depending on data allowance,) and £269.99 with a £36 monthly contract fee.

Price: For two-year contracts (4G LTE is not available, even if the phone supports it,) the phone costs between £0, with £37 monthly fee when trading in your current phone (£5 savings per month,) and £69 when buying it with a different £37 monthly contract.
For one-year contracts (again, no LTE,) the phone will cost from £29 (£57 monthly fee) and £179 (£39 monthly fee).

What you get: Just like with EE, most plans include unlimited minutes and texts, with data allowance being a differentiating factor. For two-year contracts data varies between 1GB and 4GB, while one-year agreements come with data between 250MB and 4GB. The cheapest one-year contract only offers 300 voice minutes.

Three
Price: The Three Galaxy S4 will be available free of charge with two two-year plans: Ultimate Internet 500 (at £35 per month) and The One Plan (£37 per month.)

What you get: With Ultimate Internet 500 you’ll get “all-you-can-eat data,” 500 minutes and 5,000 texts, while The One Plan gets you 1,500 minutes and 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes on top of what’s already available in the previous plan for £2 extra a month. Despite selling the 4G LTE version, Three won’t offer actual 4G LTE support for it yet.

Price: From £0 to £179.99 with new two-year contracts. The cheapest contract will cost you £32 per month, while the most expensive one goes up to £52.

Price: Amazon’s Galaxy S4 versions cost £629.95 contract-free.
What you get: Just the phone. And no matter what you read on Amazon’s website right now, the Galaxy S4 will pack a 2600mAh battery, not an 800mAh one.
When you get it: expected delivery is not listed, but Amazon does say that the phone will launch on April 26.
Carphone Warehouse
Price: The phone costs £629.95 contract-free.
What you get: In addition to the phone, the retailer is throwing in a free accessories bundle that’s worth £84.96. Moreover, the first 2000 buyers will also receive a free Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 on top of everything else.
When you get it: expected delivery is “launch day 26th April.”
Phones4U
Price: The retailer does not offer the handset contract-free. Instead you’ll have to pick a contract from either EE or Vodafone and pay for the handset from £0 to £149, depending on what you choose.
