Alarm Clock Xtreme includes options to prevent excessive snoozing and get you out of bed. It can even automatically disable when it detects that you're traveling to work or school (uses GPS).

Notes:
-GPS is required for minimum speed to disable option. Private data will not be stored or shared.
-Add to the ignore list in task killer applications on Android 2.1 and below. Phone must be on for alarm to work. Alarm won't work if moved to SD card.
-Alarm Clock Xtreme is still under development. More extreme alarm clock options are coming.
