AT&T rolls out ‘video bill’ to explain monthly charges to new customers

If you were an AT&T customer, how would you like to learn about the line items specified in your monthly bill? Would you like an actual person to talk with you and explain the bill specifics one by one, or would it be all right to learn about the individual parts of your monthly bill yourself by watching a simple two and a half minute video? Done? The correct answer, according to AT&T, is the latter option. It has just started offering its customers in the U.S. personalized “video bills” for them to get acquainted with all the pertinent bits of their monthly bill as soon as possible. Here’s a sample:
