Amazon launched their shiny new android app store. A new version of Angry Birds, “RIO“, is free today on the “Appstore”.
Here are the steps to get Angry Birds RIO on your Android:

• Enable apps from unknown sources: Settings>Application settings
• Download and install Amazon App Store from: http://amzn.to/getappstore
• Install Angry Birds RIO here.

Look for Amazon to offer free kindles to all Prime subscribers at cost in the near future. They make money on books, movies and by selling you new stuff, not on Kindles.
