LG first unveiled the Optimus F7 back at MWC, hoping to bring to the market a modestly-priced 4G capable handset for those looking for a solid Android experience without paying top dollar to get it. Now a new rumor indicates that the LG Optimus F7 may soon be making its way over to U.S. prepaid carrier, Boost Mobile.
The unofficial news of the Optimus F7′s upcoming arrival on Boost comes by way of @evleaks, though there has been no word on how much it will cost or even when exactly it will arrive.
We do know that the Korean version of the F7, the Optimus LTE 3, costs 600,000 Won or about $530. Don’t worry, it is very unlikely to cost that much stateside. Considering Boost Mobile’s current smartphones range from $75 – $320, I would wager the Optimus F7 will fall somewhere close the carrier’s current pricing range.
If the rumor proves true, any Boost Mobile customers interested in picking this one up, provided it touches down for under $350?
