MOGA Bluetooth game controller now available for pre-order

Coming in the same product category as the recently mentioned iCade 8-Bitty, we have the MOGA Bluetooth game controller sitting on the other side of the spectrum. Unlike the basic looks and simple design of the 8-Bitty, the MOGA looks quite a bit more like a modern game controller. Of course, as one would suspect on a site such as ours, this one arrives with support for Android. More specifically, the MOGA Bluetooth game controller supports devices running Android 2.3 or later.

Perhaps more important now, the MOGA game controller has come available for pre-order. The price remains as we had expected, at $49.99. The one small catch, it appears as if the shipping date has slipped by one day and is now noted as being October 22, 2012. And just to clarify, those who decide to move forward with a pre-order can rest assured in knowing that their credit card will not be charged until the controller actually ships.
In addition to the pre-order availability, the MOGA will also begin appearing with some big-box retailers later this month. According to the details we have seen, the MOGA game controller will be coming to 7,000 retail locations across the U.S. The stores will include Toys ‘R Us, Best Buy and T-Mobile. In terms of when, it looks like Toys ‘R Us and Best Buy will have the controller towards the end of October, on the 21st, with T-Mobile getting it in November. Of course, even coming in November, that still leaves plenty of time for holiday shopping. In other words, feel free to add this one to your holiday wish list.
Finally, the MOGA runs on 2 (not included) AAA batteries and ships with free downloads of Sonic CD and Pac-Man by Namco.
