We know what you’re thinking: if only there’s a SoundHound widget that will work on Android 4.2’s lock screen for faster music recognition.
Guess what — the updated SoundHound, which is available for download from Google Play Store, now gives you the ability to do that.
As listed on the changelog, version 5.2.5 will not only bring even faster music search result, but users can install the app’s widget on the lock screen of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean devices. The nifty new feature means you don’t have to unlock your phone and tablet to quickly ID a song.
And aside from an improved layout, the latest update also comes with the usual bug fixes.
