Whether or not you personally enjoy and feel comfortable using one of those bigger than average smartphones, manufacturers have taken the Galaxy Note 2 hint pretty clear. It seems everyone’s racing to release a 5-inch+ smartphone, a list that also includes Chinese phone maker ZTE with its Nubia Z5 offering.
The ZTE Nubia Z5 was sort of announced back in October, but we didn’t get to learn more of its specs and design – save for the blurry back view of the phone. It wasn’t until a few weeks after that more pictures of the Nubia Z5 surfaced. Again, they failed to showcase the phone’s front.
Answering the cry of many, ZTE has finally released one picture of the Nubia Z5 showing its front side, as you can see below. While the back of the phone shares a resemblance to the HTC One X, in our humble opinion, at least the front part offers something different. Notice anything usual with the UI?
As for the specs of the Nubia Z5, except for its 5-inch Full HD display, the rest of the inner parts haven’t been confirmed by ZTE. We’re likely looking at the use of a Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor accompanied with 2GB of RAM and a 13MP rear camera.
Is the ZTE Nubia Z5 on your wanted list? What do you think of the phone’s design?
